TERMS & CONDITIONS:
• Clients are required to pay 40% of the total cost in advance as confirmation charges to secure their slot in the trip.
• The confirmation deposit shall be returned if the tour is canceled from the client’s side.
• Full payment or a 40% deposit is required for confirmation of booking. The remaining 60% is payable before departure on day one.
• Any changes requested by the client after confirmation may incur extra fees.
• Hotels are subject to availability until final confirmation. ANFAL HOLIDAYS will provide alternative accommodations if necessary.
• Customers must bring necessary documents such as CNIC, passport, marriage certificate, and other required personal documents for travel.
• In unforeseen events such as natural incidents or political/religious instability, we assure transparent communication regarding any additional charges, solely covering essential expenses for resolving challenges and ensuring smooth operations.
• ANFAL HOLIDAYS is not responsible for any injuries resulting from natural disasters or accidents.
